Unexplained fatigue and weight gain? Bloating daily, but tests say you're 'fine'? Normal bloods, but you don't feel normal?

As a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Clinician, I uncover what's driving your symptoms and provide a personalised path back to energy, balance, and feeling like yourself again.

I specialise in digestive health and work with clients experiencing symptoms that include bloating, sluggish digestion and IBS, low energy, weight gain, and hormonal imbalance. I also work with clients currently taking or transitioning away from GLP-1 medications, as well as clients choosing a non-medication approach to appetite and weight management.

I work with a limited number of private clients at any one time offering a highly personalised clinical experience designed to give you the answers most people never receive.

Advanced Functional Testing & Personalised Clinical Insight

Sarah Murrell Nutrition

Every person is unique, so your recommendations are tailored to you by considering your biochemistry, family health history, diet, lifestyle, symptoms, and any medications or supplements you are currently taking.

You may be recommended advanced functional testing, such as gut microbiome analysis, thyroid and hormone testing, metabolic and blood sugar markers, or a GLP-1 review. With access to some of the best specialist laboratories worldwide, every recommendation is carefully selected based on your individual needs, avoiding guesswork and allowing for a clearer understanding of what may be driving your symptoms.

For me, this is personal

When my sister was diagnosed with leukaemia and I became her life-saving stem cell donor, it was a miracle. And in that life changing moment I saw health up close, especially after Lauren’s transplant, the hardest part of her treatment, which meant she could barely eat, suffering with nausea and an ulcerated oesophagus. A whisker away from needing a feeding tube to sustain her. I brought smoothies, soups and anything I could find to help Lauren in her darkest days. This planted the seed for me on how important nutrition is to recovery and whole body resilience.
